Today was the long awaited and jolly afternoon book swap hosted by Lyn and Nick in their splendid home that wasn’t really very difficult to find. Even Jim and Amanda managed to get there without being wrong footed, thanks to Lyn and her excellent directions. Sorry we missed the red man who isn’t there though.
A few more members than usual and some new faces were there enjoying the tea and cake and the conversation.
Ian’s new dog arrived with Ian, one of Lyn and Nick’s cat enjoyed seeing her while their other cat slept behind the fridge!
The conversations were enlivened with tales of Norman’s brain, Tim sleeping in his car and being locked in, Ians starting his new kennel business “Donzy Cat + Dog Motel” and the demise of NOZ in Autun. Other conversations were available.
